    i often eat tofu. usually when you go out to eat in the us they force you add a "meat component" with your order. now though, more and more, tofu is available a s a choice. this allows you to order without causing a fuss.... and the restaurants have gotten better at preparing the tofu.

    i grew up on westerns where they littered the deserts with dead indians, like they didn't matter.. now it just seems wrong to follow one character and leave all the dead bodies to rot... i grew up in the 1950's and this was how the standard television plot went.

    i think that over the long term veganism will reduce your desire to harm others. i have noticed that i am not as fascinated with watching fights on tv now. not sure if that is due to to my veganism but it seemed to coincide timewise with the loss of interest.

    there is a brand available at Whole Foods called "Go Veggie" and they have some individually wrapped slices of mozzarella that taste like real cheese to me. there another go veggie called smoked provaloni... i love it too.

    yes.. if you tell most people you can cure the biggest killer just by changing diet, they would rather die. they just want a pill so that they can keep eating the steak or smoking the cig.

    yes... it didn't just clear up instantly. i had a very stable case of angina with very repeatable symptoms. i could take a walk and get about 1/4 mile before the slow discomfort would start.. i tried to get an appt with a cardiologist and was told that it was 2 months wait to even get an...

    I found that with angina, the problem went away after about 3 months.

    i like "go veggie" brand mozzarella slices. they seem to be very close to real cheese flavor and also there is an "almond" brand type of pepper jack that is fairly close. i always used to have wine and cheese in the afternoon and i found it very hard to give it up. also pizza is VERY tough...
