    How did you transition?

    Transitioned for a year. Then went 100% plant based. Still was ill for the first 3 weeks though. (not enough calories). I felt great after that.

    What is your exercise regime?

    Cycle every day to work. approx 20miles per week long run once a week. 8 miles. 1 Indoor bike session on Zwift. Long bike ride at the weekend. 40-50 miles. I can only do this cuz I am vegan .. lol

    Celebrating my first year

    Its my veganniversary too. Can I get some love lol:) Its almost second nature now. I just dont even think about it anymore and my diet is more varied than its ever been.

    If you can't control what yo eat how are you supposed to control other aspects of your life. You either want to change or not. Its really easy once you take that first big step which is very difficult.

    The same thing happened to me when I went 100% vegan. It was due to not enough calories and also withdraw from all the garbage I was eating.
