    Ground almonds going mouldy in fridge after only 3 days...

    If it stinks I wouldn't eat it. Smell is one of the easiest ways to determine if something is not safe anymore. Having said that, maybe the other foods in the container cause some kind of reaction in the almonds that degrade them?
