The focus is on the environmental and climate change consequences of meat / livestock in the world.
This is an angle that's not discussed enough:

Have you tried Almond Milk?
And honestly, there are lots of things to drink that are not milk. Perhaps you can just leave milk.....I'm not preaching. I don't care. But if those listed make you nasueous you can replace it.....if you want to.
My reponse is not about beans, but I suggest you go to a well-reviewed and experienced Naturopathic Doctor, and even a second one.
IMO, these people that only recommended "beans" are missing many things about the *causes* of your situation.
I recently saw your YouTube video and "liked" and "subscribed. ". I asked about the book you referred to.
Please put the author and name of that book that I couldn't find in the scroll bar.
Thanks if you can.
Great YouTube and prints.
I did Intermittent Fasting (IF) for a while ( and will do it again).
The first time and/or second time lifting weights heavy (45-50 min) in a fasted state (say 14-16 hours) I felt odd and weak.
But the body adapts.
The 3rd time I felt normal.
However, I would not do 1.5 hours of cardio fasted.
