Factory farming is an often used term, but is actually a nonsense phrase. When you use it what do you envisage?

It is just a promotional claim by a corporation that they can make with little chance of a detrimental outcome the blurb might attract a few sales from the gullible, the majority of vegans will see it for what it is, and meat / dairy consumers wont take any notice and continue to use a product...

Imagine if the OP had been a meat eater, and had come on here to ask advice because his wife had chosen to become Vegan. A complete mirror image of the actual events. My comments would still be applicable, possibly a little harsh but I come from a region where the norm is to say what you think...

Jamie, if you have to feed 20kg of corn to get 1 kg of beef you had better stop immediately. 6.5 kg is the actual benchmark for corn fed beef, and if you dont believe me just ponder the fact that a prepared corn meal for cattle would cost around 20p per kg which equates to £1.30 to produce 1 kg...

I would make an appointment to see your doctor, you are obviously concerned about it and for peace of mind a checking over will do no harm and potentially catch an ailment sooner rather than later. It might or might not be diet related but stressing about it wont help.

We saw bryan ferry a couple of years ago, good time, he doesnt move much does he? :) More recently seen ELO and Madness, and going to see 10CC in march. I'm not sure how many, if any, of those names are known stateside?
