    They always say that we should drink more water than sugar drinks. Water is an essential need of our body. I personally drink 5-6 cups of water in a day plus 2-3 cups of coffee. I rarely drink sugar drinks these days since it is not good in our body.

    Well, It is true that your diet is the main factor of having the skin that you want to have. You really need to avoid junk food and eat wisely. Don't eat too much fast food because of the sugar, carbohydrates and unhealthy fats. Having enough rest also is a key of having a beautiful skin.

    Cream and Butter in meals: alternatives?

    Isn't butter and cream contain much fat? I don't add any butter or cream in my cooking most of the time. I use butter and cream if it is badly needed for the food that I cook. If I am frying, I use virgin coconut oil or olive oil so that the fat will be lessened.

    Morning fresh air

    What do you do early in the morning? Isn't it great to breathe fresh air early in the morning? I do exercise almost every morning and I love to breathe fresh air. We have a park nearby our place and that is where I usually go. It is good for your health to have fresh air as well.
