Best kitchen tools for the vegan restaurant

I plan to start a new restaurant business in the vegan style. The menu is not too wide.
Could I get some advice on what kitchen tools are better? And what is necessary to take?

My advice is to open the Yellow Pages and look under restaurant supplies. or maybe even visit a restaurant and ask them who they use.

A good supplier should have really good advice.

That's an extremely broad question. I would try to gain experience and refine your idea to the point that you can answer that question yourself.

The best tools are the ones you know how to use.
