1/2 Banana (frozen is better)
A handful of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
A dash of lemon juice
1 small carton of soya yogurt
1 small glass of soya milk/oat/almond etc
sweetener ; agave syrup, stevia or sugar
1 tbs of Wheatgerm and or chia seeds
A few ice cubes
Place the diced fruit, ice cubes, yogurt, milk into a blender. Add the sweetener and wheatgerm and give it a stir.
Serve in a tall glass.
Tip : You could also add either a tablespoon of oat bran and replace the strawberries with either a chopped mango or blueberries. You could also use orange or apple juice instead of plant based milk.
Adapt the recipe according to the season and whatever you fancy !
