Found this interesting article. Israel is installing webcams in slaughterhouses to monitor cruelty. Unfortunately, they don't seem to understand that enslaving and killing animals is cruel itself, but this is a more in a direction I like to see. Next step, make the video feeds viewable by everyone, not just the Ministry Of Agriculture.

It's a good start. Unfortunately things are going in the opposite direction here in the US, with laws being pushed forbidding filming in slaughterhouses and factory farms, despite being blatantly unconstitutional. I wish I hadn't had to type that.

Amy SF- that's really upset me. I think is the mass public saw those videos majority of people would become vegan without thinking twice about it. Sad that laws are actually protecting the public from seeing what's really going on
