Ingredients:
60g chickpea flour
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp kala namak salt
160 ml water
Ground black pepper to taste
Optional Fillings:
Mushrooms
Onion
Spinach
Bell pepper
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, slowly whisk in water until mixture is smooth then set aside.
In a frying pan, cook any optional fillings. Pour over your mixture and cook on low heat until cooked through.
If you like a bit of heat, some sriracha is a great accompaniment.
I personally don't cook with oil, however this does mean things get a bit messy when serving, but you can add oil to reduce sticking if you want, it shouldn't impact the taste at all.
