Recently, there have been some sensationalist headlines regarding vegan diets and choline. The Vegan Society has issued a statement which makes it clear that choline is not a particular concern for vegans:
"This nutrient is widely distributed in plant foods because it’s present in cell membranes. Soya products, quinoa and broccoli are some of the best plant-based sources.
