I missed one throw. And then I missed the you know what.

I'd like some discussion because I'm mad, lol. Was I not supposed to miss the you know what if I was supposed to count the throws?

when I did it, I felt something weird was happening, but I kept on concentrating on the people in white throwing.

At first, I figured they would ask about how many times the people in black we're passing it as well, to see if you could / show that you can't keep up with both. But as soon as I saw the gorilla costume, I knew that was the real test, so I dropped the second count. So, yes, I got the count of people in white right, and I saw the gorilla.

I didn't focus that much on counting....instead I was trying to think of whether they count white shoes count as "wearing white". I think it should in which case the answer "15 passes" is wrong. I did see the gorilla though.

I was expecting a nekkid lady or perhaps flashing of boobs ... but I was also trying to count the throws ... so I kinda missed that gorilla! It's funny, because I've read about a similar selective attention experiment before which was also featuring a gorilla.
