Krispy Kreme Has Been Lying To Us, Lawsuit Claims

It's possible that Krispy Kreme may have misrepresented the ingredients in some of their products, but really, what kind of idiot buys something known to be filled with tons of sugar and saturated fat and thinks it's healthy just because it has "blueberry" in its name?

People will sue over anything. Here's one against Starbucks for underfilling its drink cups.

"The class-action lawsuit, filed on behalf of purchasers of Starbucks lattes, says that contrary to what its menu represents, a tall is not 12 fluid ounces, a grande is not 16 fluid ounces, and a venti is not 20 fluid ounces.

I thought it was an issue only with the iced drinks. I never really thought about it until I purchased a tall size iced drink for $5+ and barely got four sips out of it. I admit I was annoyed and felt ripped off. Not enough to sue, however.

And not to mention they charge more for non dairy milk. Luckily, I have Starbucks maybe three times a year.
