I haven't been using Cronometer that much lately. With all this talk about nutrients and stuff lately, I thought it was time that I checked it. I re-read Eat To Live this summer and I have been transitioning to more of a WFPB diet. Mostly I eat almost the same stuff every day. But I think I'll do it for a few more days and see how much variation there is. Yesterday was a little unusual in that I had no unhealthy snacks. It looks like I probably should stop taking my multi - I blew off the top of a few vitamins and minerals. my Carbrotein: fat ratio is really good. I am a little concerned about my omega targets. Although I hit my protein target - some amino acids were a little low. My Potassium was a little low too. Which was a little surprising cause I ate a lot of good sources. I'm going to go and see If I can show it to you guys. I'm so proud of myself.
