Does anyone know of a website that has information about the crush (or crushed) box method of meat tenderizing?  Chrissie Hynde mentioned this in the interview on the DVD, but did so in a manner that suggested everyone knows about it.  I don't.  I never heard about it before watching her interview.


Some of you will say, "Why don't you just Google this, Joe?"  I tried that but only got hits about crushing cardboard boxes, which is apparently done to measure the strength of the cardboard.
