Germany hacked: politicians, journalists doxxed

German politicians, journalists and other prominent public figures have been doxxed by hackers who distributed their personal data on Twitter, according to local reports.

Notably, the only party in the Bundestag that hadn't been targeted was the AfD, the far-right party of recent infamy.

What I found interesting was that the hacked data were obviously already published before Christmas ... and nobody noticed it until the New Year...

German police have arrested a 20-year-old man in connection with one of the country’s biggest data breaches, which affected hundreds of politicians, the BKA federal criminal police hs said.
