Software Google Chrome &Adobe Flash

I finally got the prompt to install the Adobe Flash update patch to cure the most recent ScarCruft vulnerabilities. But I think Adobe has changed the format for the installer. I missed the opportunity to "uncheck" some boxes and it installed Google Chrome and Google Toolbar on my computer, neither of which I wanted.

Any advice on uninstalling either or both of these?

I spent about 20 minutes today uninstalling Google Chrome and Google's Toolbar for Internet Explorer, which the Adobe Flash upgrade installed for me unawares. Google Chrome also did me the disfavor of changing itself to my default web browser, which I did not want. Norton Internet Security also demanded I install Norton Chrome Extensions, to make Norton and Chrome compatible. Good riddance!
