In an effort to remove unnecessary direct dependencies on external services, I have removed support for Gravatar.
Gravatar is a service where you can upload an avatar and associate it with your email address. Websites like ours can then get the avatar from gravatar.com every time we need to show your avatar.
For a few members who had visited recently, I made copies of their Gravatar avatars, and then uploaded them here.
Hopefully, this change won't be too disruptive. It's easy enough to upload an avatar here on the forum.
