We're in the south east supposedly, but it hasn't been particularly hot recently here. It's been mostly overcast today. So I agree with Liz, I wouldn't mind more sun and higher temperatures.

There is a heatwave warning has been issued for this coming week end. The elderly, young children and people with long term illnesses are especially vulnerable.
We also have them over here are the elderly are asked to register with their local councils so that they can get immediate help if needed.

We don't have air con though 
I had the day off work on Thursday so went and climbed up a giant hill (Box hill in Surrey - part of the Olympic cycle route was round it), I almost died. Worth it for the view though haha. A good time to mention that Superdrug own brand suncream is labelled as vegan!

If you have an electric fan, you can put ice in front of it and it's kinda like AC. We call it a swamp fan here in Florida. [emoji295][emoji300]We don't have air con though

It's been hot up here in Oxfordshire, but I don't think it's been quite as hot as predicted. We had some more thunder and rain yesterday. Today it's been mostly overcast, but quite hot nonetheless.
