A friend of mine posted on Facebook yesterday that calories counts would likely make him rethink some of his dining-out options. So many of the meals that masquerade as "healthy" are far from it. The sodium and fat contents on some of them are more than one day's supply, let alone the number of calories. Not that I eat a lot of that stuff, but I recall one time looking at a salad menu at a Friday's or something, and because of the dressing, the calorie counts were ridiculous.
