Does anyone else do any intermittent fasting?  I find it helps clear my system and my mind.  It gives me a lot more time in the day to do other stuff, as my vegan eating takes some time.  I do the Warrior Fast daily, as I eat in a 5-hour window, from 8 a.m. to about 1 p.m.  Then, I fast every other day or so, on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.  Just have tea in the morning after my first walk of the day.  I like peppermint tea in the winter--takes the place of candy canes, for me!  I avoid most sugary treats, and stick to dried fruits and low-sugar granolas and bars.  How about you?  What does your general food plan look like?  : )
