I first discovered the abuse involved in animal agriculture years ago when I saw undercover footage of pigs being abused at a factory farm. At the time, I told myself I’d go vegetarian but going Vegan seemed too extreme. What would have led me to form such a conclusion? A lack of knowledge.

Today it is extremely easy to live Vegan. I never did my own research until after I made the change. All the tastes you currently enjoy can even be replaced by Vegan substitutes, you’re not missing out on anything. You have a world of information at your fingertips, Google is your ally! If we can thrive and be healthy on a Vegan diet, doesn’t it make sense to choose that over demanding that animals die for our taste buds?
