Pop sensation Justin Bieber is 'heartbroken' after his pet monkey was seized by customs officials - because the Baby singer demanded Mally accompany him on a long-haul flight to Germany.

Canadian Bieber's increasingly bizarre behaviour is concerning aides after he insisted Mally travelled on his private jet - even though he had no paperwork to show to customs officials in Munich.

I've been reading about JB's antics of late. Is it possible that he has an undiagnosed mental illness, or is he just a very spoiled, rich and arrogant celebrity acting out?

I suppose he's become so big that he no longer needs to follow the rules and customs of mere mortals.

He looks like he is under the influence in all of his public appearances now. He had better get his act together, as that much fame + money+ youth can = disaster.

It's very hard to tell which one it is, maybe a mental illness that causes him to act spoiled and arrogant?

Yes. I think it would take an exceptionally well adjusted and grounded young person to handle so much money and fame at such a young age, and it seems that Justin B. isn't exceptional.

Celebrity culture isa destructive influence on celebrities and bad for society in general, with its emphasis on superficiality.

This was posted on Perez Hilton's blog. (I have a vague idea about Perez Hilton being some kind of celebrity, but not really sure.)
Here's what a spokesperson for the group said:
"Monkeys are not pets. Separating a capuchin monkey from his fellow monkeys and raising him at home is not right for this type of animal. The animal will develop serious behavioral disorders. Mally is only 14 weeks old. To separate him from his mom and to take him on tour as a living stuffed toy can only be characterized as animal cruelty."
Holy shizz!
