I'm going to be blunt here but your request wouldn't inspire me if I were a potential business partner.
There is no mention or description of your plan. Where is this property situated? Why have you choses Sweden? What kind of
personal would you be hiring? What will this retreat offer potential clients? What's your business plan/date/financial requirements? How will this retreat be structured and set up? Dates? Who are your competitors in the given region etc, etc;

I'm going to be blunt here: I'll start talking to the people who are going to say they are interested. I'm not going to display everything here. Let me guess, you're from that culture that requires three references + letters of recommendation + background checks and more, yeah, got it.
If somebody is interested they will have all the details in a Zoom conversation. Why am I even bothering answering you???
