We would be lucky if that's the worst any past, present or future Presidential candidate does/has done.
McCain has been somewhat off his rocker ever since his and GWB's primary battle, which was one of the nastiest ever, on the Bush side.

I think there are better ways to make your point than attacking the elderly.
I also think Kissinger probably doesn't deserve peace of mind or stability regardless of his age.
