omega fatty acids, particularly omega 3's, are very important in your diet. the main source most people (and doctors) think of for them is always fish and fish oil supplements.
you only need to look at the hundreds of different Omega supplements out there vying for your attention to see how much people worry about this.
so I thought I'd see where my omegas were....seeing as how I'm totally fish-free.
