Is this really true or just another weird hoax? You know how those things get spread all over the internet and are even treated as real stories by the mainstream media until they're debunked.
Considering that dogs can be found on the menu in Korean restaurants and are a popular dish with older Koreans, I'd be surprised that there would be dogs in the zoo instead of being eaten, given reports of widespread starvation in North Korea.
