Le Bleu - Infused with white wine


Creamy clean fermented organic cashew based semisoft, aged for 1 month, light notes of roquefort on the rind and body, slight notes of French sweet white wine(vegan). This is our bleu, a mild and creamy plant based cheese but yet slightly picante on the blue.. Pure organic cashews and Halen Môn Anglesey sea salt gives it a rich natural creamy cheesy flavour. With the addition of the roquefort mold and aged for 1 month.


We handcraft our vegan cheeses and use no artificial additives or preservatives. Our artisan cheeses are made using the traditional process of fermentation, which creates beneficial enzymes and strains of gut-friendly live cultures, b-vitamins and minerals.
