2 scoops Vegan Vanilla Protein
10 ounces (or 1¼ cups) of unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 banana, sliced or frozen
1/4 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
2 dates, pitted (remove pits before blending)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice (substitute 1/4 teaspoon each of nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger)
Add ice (4-5 cubes) if desired
Blend and enjoy!
