[Second Summer]

Anyone else got a Raspberry Pi? What have you installed on it? Written any software for it?

I got one for Yule, the latest model, the Raspberry Pi 2 model B. Still working on actually installing an OS on it, but hoping to finish off that part tonight.

I got as far as having formated the SD card and copied the necessary files onto it. But now I need to borrow a HDMI-capable monitor / TV, and I need the power adapter which of course is in my backpack which is in the room where little miss Summer is sleeping ... Myeah, I think I'll wait until tomorrow morning.

I managed to connect it to a HDMI-capable TV and boot it up. But of course said TV was not next to the router, so couldn't connect the Ethernet cable to get it online. I think once I get back home I will invest in a case and a USB WiFi card. Will also need either a new monitor or a HDMI-to-VGA cable.

A good 24 inch LED monitor is not that expensive and quite helpful for work.....
