This article has been circulating around my company, so I thought I'd share.
Much of the information in this article are things most of us have probably heard before. However this comment makes it all sound hopeless:
"The study also found evidence that the amount of exercising an individual does offers little, if any, benefit when it comes to preventing or counteracting the cardiovascular damage caused by sitting."
So, if you spend most of your day at a desk, you are doomed.
