So yesterday i went vegan, something i never thought i would actually do but here i am. After reading that vegan diet is the best way to stay, look and remain young i was down to give it a try. However im a bit concerned about all vitamin and mineral deficiencies i have read about like b12 and iron. Obviously i dont wanna get anemia.. So how do i take care of those things? Im taking multivitamin, omega-3 and B-vitamin supplements daily (the b-vitamin supplement includes like all the b-vitamins includin b-12) . I will also post here my daily diet what i eat so u get a better image of my diet.

Breakfast:
Oats
banana
almond milk
rice protein

meal 1:
rice protein
almond milk
frozen berries
mct-oil
oats
maca-powder

snack:
walnuts
seedless raisins

meal 2:
pulled oats
bell pepper
taco sauce
tortillas

meal 3:
muesli
yogurth (vegan)
vegan ice cream

All this is about 2439kcal and 118 g of protein, 241 g of carbs and 109g of fat. Will i be allright?

welcome and congrats

I would suggest checking out Cronometer and inputting your food and activities.

We follow more of a whole food plant-based minimal oils, added sugars or salt.

Lots of good info on Dr Greger's "Daily Dozen" app, Dr McDougall's website, Dr Esselstyn's website. Dr Greger also has good information on his site about B12 and the best kind to take.

All the best with your journey!
