15 medium sized strawberries with leaves, washed and pat dried.
150 g plain (70% cacao) good quality chocolate
A few drops of mint extract
Melt the chocolate in a basin over hot water. Remove from heat and add a few drops of
mint extract. Stir gently.
Pick up a strawberry by it's stem and gently dip the lower part half way up into the chocolate.
Leave to cool on a wire rack. Chill in the fridge until hardened.
Tip : You can omit the mint extract if you wish.
