I want to summarize all the benefits of a vegan diet to help me memorize it and also to land an annihilation strike if someone thinks they have to condemn / ridicule my way of nutrition.
To have a watertight point, I would appreciate a critical review. Currently, all my arguments are from the book "Becoming Vegan". If some phrases are wrong, I am sure it is a misunderstanding on my part.
Since I am currently working through the book, the table will grow slowly, but I would appreciate any remarks as early as possible
