Plant-based products are currently widely available, which I believe is a great development considering the difference multiple years ago. I have been interested in the subject of plant-based alternatives since I realized the terrible impact meat has on the environment as well as on animal welfare. I got the opportunity for my studies to write my thesis about plant-based cheese and its consumer choice behavior. With the research we are aiming to create a better image of the desires and choices of consumers regarding the plant-based cheese in order to market plant-based cheese in the most convenient manner as possible.
