I realised that my diet is 60% carbs, 30% fats, 10% proteins.
Don't use any oils.
It all came from natural peanut butters, almonds, chia (I eat like 4 tablespoons) and flax seeds (about 2 tb).
Is that a problem.

I want to put on some weight and keep healthy.

Livstrong.com say: "protein should be 10 percent to 35 percent of the total food intake, and fat should be 20 percent to 35 percent." They also say carbs should be between 45 and 65 percent. I would assume that you prefer to put on muscle weight more than fat, in which case it would be good to up the percentage of protein a little. Quinoa is high in protein, as are tofu, tempeh, beans, lentils and chickpeas.
Whether fats are a problem depends more on what type of fats you eat. The full story is here Good Fats, Bad Fats, and Heart Disease
The notion that fats make you fat is far from the whole truth. Carbs are more likely to pile on fat. But if you exercise a lot that fat will be converted into muscle.
In summary I think a bit more protein, a bit less carbs and check what type of fats your eating. Exercise is important too.
Please note I am not an expert but I have read quite a lot on the subject.

Thanks a lot man.

I revised my diet, and got the better numbers now.
