South Traveling to Orlando and hoping to get some tips

I'm going to spend May in Orlando and it would be nice to hear any kind of tips with what kind of vegan things one can find from there.

Here is a great totally vegan restaurant: http://www.ethosvegankitchen.com/ There is a thriving veg community in the Orlando area. Here is another place: http://www.lovinghut.us/florida/
I have been to Ethos and highly recommend it; never been to Loving hut but hear it is good too. There are more I am sure but those come to mind first.

OMG...Both of those looks really good places. I think we drove past the Ethos on my last trip when I went to visit group of ladies from Orlando weavers but could not find time to go there back then. On this trip I have more time so it will be on my to do list for sure.
