hi guys, me and hubby are trying to conceive no2. Our first is 7 and way back when we had different diet/lifestyle but this time round we are both vegan and have been for two years.
I'm finding conception a little more difficult this time and wondering if any vegan parents can advise me on what vitamins I should be taking? Same for hubby too.
We both currently take the Holland and Barrett vegan multi vitamin plus the Holland and Barrett liquid b12 droppers.
We eat relatively healthy although I'm considering heavily cutting back on soy, we often buy the milk as it's cheapest but I've read too much isn't good for fertility and overall health.
Any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

Please consider iodine as well as B12 for vegan pregnancy. This is for foetal development not improving conception chances.
