PETA's stance reminds me of that weird Christian group who used casual sex as a way to recruit new members. I forget the name of that group / sect ...

Edit: though I can totally see their point of view, and if I were in that spokesman's shoes I would probably have said something similar, except maybe the implication that vegans shouldn't react to scents.

I have to really like the person. It's important that they acknowledge animals exist and that their suffering is just as bad as humans who suffer. There are some omnivores that have more respect for animals than many vegetarians and even some vegans. I'd say no.

I’ve heard of ammosexuals. Is a vegansexual a vegan who carries a zucchini around with them as a phallic substitute, ready to whip up a side dish at any given time?
