Hi!

I talk about my experience with protein so far in my newest video:

I like to make porridge with 2 bananas for breakfast. It works well also as a post workout meal! Any other idea? I'm trying to build muscle.

I don't know about building muscle. I do have Hempiness Hempseed Protein Powder from www.thehempshop.co.uk on days I think I might not be having enough protein in my meals. If you mix it with hummus you can't taste it and it covers up the slight grittiness. It has loads of stuff in it and I feel well on it.

You can eat beans, chickpeas, eat daily basis green veggies and fruits, nuts and nut butter. Tofu is also a great source of protein.

Pistachio nuts are another good source of protein. You can get unsalted shelled pistachio nuts from nuts.com.
