so that didn't happen - by the time I had time to eat I just had a small bowl of cereal (shreddies, shredded wheat, All Bran buds) with a ton of berries on top

and here I am again at 1pm and I am going to try to make my noodley soup as I have lots of kale and spinach

I just cut a large, beautiful looking pineapple, and ate more than I should! It was just ok though. I've injured my shoulder pretty bad and trying to eat as much anti-inflammatory foods as I can now. My stomach is now pretty upset :(

I am definitely having noodley soup today as I still have lots of fresh spinach and kale and mushrooms so they will all pile in with frozen veggies, soy curls and the noodles will just have to find a space to cook.
