Yesterday I had leftover barley + veggies + fava beans + a couple of baby potatoes. With some leafy greens, Dijon mustard, sumac and chilly flakes mixed in.For dessert: dried berries, nuts & dates sprinkled with cinnamon, dried coconut flakes and a little tahini.All good.
