Loads of alternatives out there but I find they are full of rubbish ingredients.
My basic rule of thumb is if there is a long word on any packet I don't understand, it's not natural so I don't buy it.

Some home truths here for us all I believe, but really why are we so serious, and more importantly what can we do to change this?

Fruit and veg make great snacks. Get some kind of thermos and experiment with different hot drinks
