I work in construction and have a second job. I don’t get a lot of cooking time so I want to start meal prepping my lunches and suppers for the week.
Any ideas on what I can make that I can eat for suppers and lunches without spending money on ingredients I will use for one meal and it will go...
Here is my meal prep today :)
Quinoa, carrot and cabbage with a side of Cos, olives, pickles, sauerkraut and hummus :) I would love to see and read if you do any meal prep.
This salad is great on its own or added as a protein source to a salad. It can be made ahead for the week for those that meal prep.
