The last book I read was Eat To Live. It's a diet/health book. Maybe the best of the Whole Food Plant-Based genre. I just started How Not To Die. I am hoping that after I have read both I'll be able to recommend one over the other.
I have the Vegan Daily Companion in the bathroom. There are hundreds of short articles in it. I've just been skipping around. Some of the articles are great. It might be the best book for the money. The articles all fall into the following broad categories. Recipes, Stories, Inspiration, Health, Advocacy, and Food.
