Bad guys portrayed as dumb

So. Not. True.

Being poor no ethics or morals.

In fact, most poor people have a better set of ethics than a wealthy person. That's why we're poor. From what I've seen, rich people get where they are by using, stepping on, and stealing from others.

Agreed.

Poor people also tend to step in and help others more readily than wealthy people. Studies have been done on this.

People do not accumulate wealth by being generous to others.

Do you have any stats? I'll rephrase that:a poor person should be more likely to steal, but for most other crimes it shouldn't make a difference.

The most giant, notorious heists the world has ever seen have been carried out by super rich people. Examples: Madoff, giant corporations who pillage land and buy politicians via lobby groups, the world's banks who have swindled people all over while their CEOs insider trade and give themselves huge bonuses, and rip ordinary people off buy selling house loans that can never be paid back. Their impact is far greater than a poor person who goes out and commits a robbery or steals stuff on a smaller scale.

In fact, now that we are in recession, the gap between the rich and poor of the world is growing, which means that some people have all the money that other people need to, you know, eat and put a roof over their heads. And that is theft.

Two I can think of right off the top of my head are Bill and Ted and Rocky.

I know what you're saying, rainforests, but I think there are enough counterexamples where it doesn't apply so broadly.

Yep. The poor cultivate their social ties because that acts as a safety net.

The rich aren't under the same requirements.

At least not within the same society. They can still screw themselves over if they **** off the wrong people or fail to brown nose the right people. Those people just don't happen to be you and I except for perhaps within the context of a consumer. Properly organized, a group of little people can still take down anyone with something as simple as a boycott. The unfortunate reality, however, is that most of us are just as greedy, albeit on a smaller scale.
