Agree. I watched only a few minutes, so maybe it's funny or cruel later on.The video is neither funny nor cruel.
Also, when I lived in London it snowed there a few times. This particular spot there was some ice and people kept falling over. I dont remember anyone laughing at anyone else, mainly they were warning each other and helping each other across the difficult spot.
I think he's an ******* and I'm glad I don't know him.
Is was probably before the FB and You Tube era.
Also, are these kids he knows? A bit strange to be videoing other peoples kids, I don't mean that he's a pervert... but I don't think it's nice to video/photograph people you don't know, unless it's an indirect way (i.e. they're in the background/etc).
I also think it's off to be videotaping people he doesn't know, especially young people.
If I was the parent I would get out of my car and shout at the teens not to step on that spot.
I think it's just a dad filming waiting to pick up his kid from school, but if it were me, I probably would have called the school office and asked them to bring out some sand/salt/kitty litter.
It's not funny, though. People falling down isn't funny unless you're, like, two-years old. It's funny because it's cruel.
