I found this delicious and simple idea on a diet app, and have thus far enjoyed it on a couple of slices of whole grain seed bread, and on another day, tried it mixed up with salad greens like a "dressing." It could potentially be used on a sandwich in place of hummus, guacamole, or cheese.
1 ripe avocado, mashed
2 Tbsp cashew butter, blended with the mashed avocado
1/2 -1 Tbsp lemon juice, stirred in just to make the mixture nice and creamy
Salt, to taste
That's it! So easy but so good!
