Agree on the VV road trip! I love Portland, and there's a chance I may be going there to attend a work-related conference, so if I go, you can bet I will try this place out. This is awesome.

I scrolled down to the eggless hard boiled eggs and was amazed by the complexity of the recipe. Not only does he use a mould but so many ingredients. I wonder what the end product tastes like ?
