Yep- I thought this was a pancake recipe. But I'm glad I read this- I'd like these more than pancakes! (but maybe not more than waffles)I'm confused because I thought flapjacks were the same thing as American pancakes. I thought cowboys called pancakes flapjacks.
These bars look great though, I love oats.
There's no question that I have a sweet tooth, but I'd probably want to cut back on the sugar and syrup a bit.
